Your Key Accountabilities

Job Purpose of this role

As Commercial Manager Europe, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships and driving sales growth across Europe for EOM InfraRed Solutions. You will work closely with existing customers while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities, becoming a trusted commercial partner throughout the full sales cycle.

 

Your Key Accountabilities

·       Drive sales growth by managing existing customer accounts while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities across Europe.

·       Ensure strong understanding of production flows, manufacturing processes, and cost drivers to optimize pricing, margins, and delivery commitments.

·       Build, maintain and expand long-term customer relationships, acting as the primary commercial contact for assigned accounts.

·       Execute commercial plans by managing opportunities from prospecting through quotation, negotiation and contract closure.

·       Lead customer meetings, prepare commercial offers and negotiate contracts with support from internal stakeholders where needed.

·       Develop a strong understanding of customers’ applications, production processes and business needs to provide suitable technical solutions.

·       Gather customer and market insights to identify new sales opportunities and share feedback with Operations, R&D and Product teams.

·       Maintain an active sales pipeline, prepare accurate sales forecasts and ensure CRM data is up to date.

·       Collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and Technical teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

·       Participate in customer visits, trade fairs and industry events to strengthen relationships and generate new business opportunities.

·       Support continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with quality, safety and internal procedures.

·       Travel regularly across Europe to visit customers and develop business.

 

Place of work will be the EOM site in Acigné (FR).

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a commercially driven and technically curious professional who combines strong business acumen with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Experience in a B2B sales or account management role within a manufacturing or technical environment.

·       A proactive commercial mindset with genuine enthusiasm for developing new business and growing customer relationships.

·       Confidence in approaching new customers, identifying opportunities and converting them into business.

·       Interest in technical products and willingness to learn manufacturing processes and customer applications.

·       Strong communication and relationship-building skills with technical and commercial stakeholders.

·       Experience managing sales opportunities from prospecting through contract negotiation.

·       Comfortable working with sales pipelines, forecasts and commercial KPIs.

·       Well organized, self-driven and able to manage multiple customer opportunities simultaneously.

·       Comfortable working in a matrix organization and collaborating across international teams.

·       Fluent English and French; additional European languages are an advantage.

·       Willingness to travel regularly within Europe.
