Your Key Accountabilities
- Executes and optimize assigned tasks in General Production following standard operating procedures and safety/quality requirements.
- Maintains accuracy and completeness of records, documentation, and transactions in line with controls.
- Recognizes issues or inconsistencies and supports the continuous improvement of work procedures and instructions.
- Supports colleagues and responds to stakeholder requests in a timely, professional manner.
- Coaches or guides peers on procedures and tools, coordinating day‑to‑day priorities when required.
- Acts as a subject‑matter resource for complex or exception cases, ensuring compliance during audits or inspections.
What you will do
Coordinate daily production activities, including material supply and staff scheduling in accordance with the production plan.
Develop and implement production management plans to ensure smooth operations and the achievement of daily production targets.
Coordinate the production area, including safety and quality inspections, and follow up on established action plans.
Coordinate personnel on a daily basis, including regular communication, shift handovers, monthly meetings, and performance/development reviews.
Maintain material balance in the area, control precious metal gains/losses, and ensure waste inventory levels meet company targets.
Control process quality, analyze and resolve issues on-site, and reduce scrap and rework rates.
Ensure the achievement of 5S and safety targets within the production area.
Collaborate closely with the maintenance and process teams to resolve machine breakdowns, reduce downtime, and improve equipment utilization.
Participate in and contribute to the analysis of quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive measures to effectively contain or prevent problems.
Develop production improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce operating costs.
Ensure the safety of personnel and company assets within the production area.
Train and engage team members, contributing to the development of internal talent.
Implement company policies, provide timely feedback on employee behavior, and ensure effective communication throughout the organization.
Who we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Chemistry, Automation, Process Engineering, or Systems Engineering;
Elementary to pre-intermediate English proficiency;
Experience in people management within industrial production areas;
Knowledge of integrated management systems;
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite;
Knowledge of SAP is a plus;
Experience in the automotive or chemical industry is desirable;
Availability to work a rotating 6x2 shift schedule (three shifts).
