Your Key Accountabilities
- Leads and develops the Site Management team to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes, setting clear objectives, feedback, and growth plans.
- Translates functional priorities into actionable plans for the Site Management area, allocating resources and removing delivery obstacles.
- Ensures robust program management and regulatory compliance across the department, meeting quality, cost, and timeliness targets.
- Oversees production activities within the site, ensuring operational efficiency, adherence to safety standards, and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Embeds governance, internal controls, and compliance standards, monitoring risks and implements corrective actions promptly.
- Drives continuous improvement, standardization, and digital enablement in Site Management, tracking KPIs and delivering year‑on‑year performance gains.
- Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, resolve escalations, and improve end-to-end processes.
Job-specific complementary information
- Key operational leadership position - role model in safety and values, able to motivate / develop teams and drive performance.
- Leadership of Americana AC (Automotive Catalyst) operations, including Production, Quality, OE and Process teams.
- Provides support to AC Joinville.
- Leads a team of approximately 80 employees and reports to Sr. Director - AC South America.
- KPIs include safety, production productivity/utilisation, operating costs, meeting strict automotive client specifications, PGM, waste and working capital (NWC/DOH).
