Your Key Accountabilities
- Leads and develops the General SC & P team to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes, setting clear objectives, feedback, and growth plans.
- Translates functional priorities into actionable plans for the General SC & P area, allocating resources and removing delivery obstacles.
- Ensures robust supply chain optimization and inventory management across the department, meeting quality, cost, and timeliness targets.
- Embeds governance, internal controls, and compliance standards, monitoring risks and implements corrective actions promptly.
- Drives continuous improvement, standardization, and digital enablement in General SC & P, tracking KPIs and delivering year‑on‑year performance gains.
- Partners with department professionals and adjacent teams to align priorities, address escalations, and ensure consistent application of departmental policies.
Job-specific complementary information
- Manages end-to-end supply chain for AC Americana, covering customer service, S&OP, production planning, raw material management (excluding purchasing execution which is managed by P&T), logistics/warehouse operations and customer delivery.
- Manages competing and changing demands across stakeholders, both internally (eg, production, P&T, controlling, global SCM) and externally (eg, OEMs, canners, logistics providers). Aims to maximise enterprise value.
- Delivers performance across KPIs including safety, customer delivery reliability/quality, inventory optimisation, cost optimisation, plant utilisation, productivity and waste generation.
- Leads, motivates and develops a team of approximately 9 employees and reports to Sr. Director - AC South America.
