Your Key Accountabilities

This role plays a key part in coordinating our ESG innitiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders, ESG teams, and external parties. This is a unique opportunity for a professional who thrives in complex environments, enjoys connecting with stakeholders, and is motivated to contribute to sustainability and environmental impact.

  • Lead coordination of a strategic program, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and interdependencies across functions
  • Support development of documentation, policies, and reporting materials
  • Work with data, budgets, and project metrics to enable effective decision-making
  • Act as a central point of coordination for initiatives and key deliverables
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and government-related entities
  • Facilitate discussions, workshops, and alignment across cross-functional teams
  • Support preparation of materials for executive governance forums
  • Consolidate inputs from different teams and ensure alignment across deliverables
Who we are looking for
  • Relevant project management experience, ideally in complex, high-visibility environments
  • A strong interest in Sustainability/ESG, or pollution-related topics,
  • Relevant experience in regulated environments, including work on compliance, policy, or interactions with public authorities
  • Excellent English (must) and Dutch (nice to have)
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate sensitive topics
  • Experience in structured project governance
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to both the big picture and details
  • Comfortable working with data, documentation, and budgets
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
