Your Key Accountabilities

As Screening and Reporting Specialist, you support the Global Export Controls and Sanctions (EC&S) team in the day-to-day execution of operational compliance activities. You work closely with the EC&S Business Partners and contribute to the consistent and efficient application of EC&S controls across the organisation. You also:

  • Perform screening of business partners against applicable sanctions and restrictive measures lists using designated tools

  • Analyse screening hits and determine whether they are false positives or require further review

  • Escalate relevant cases to Business Partners with clear and structured information

  • Maintain accurate and complete screening records in line with internal procedures and audit requirements

  • Support the execution of business partner due diligence activities, including gathering and organising required information

  • Assist in the product classification process by collecting product data and supporting documentation

  • Maintain and update relevant data in systems to ensure consistency and data quality

  • Support reporting activities related to EC&S controls, contribute to the correct application of EC&S procedures and guidelines

  • Support continuous improvement of processes and tools through feedback and practical suggestions

  • Collaborate with Business Partners and other stakeholders to ensure smooth handling of operational tasks

Who we are looking for
  • Around 3 years of experience in compliance, trade compliance, financial crime, or a related field
  • Experience with screening, due diligence, or transaction monitoring, for example in a corporate or banking environment
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, International Trade, or a related field
  • Familiarity with screening tools or compliance systems is a plus
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
  • Interest in export controls and sanctions regulations
