Financial Planning & Analysis Employee

What you will be doing

The RBM  FP&A  team is responsible for the full financial reporting and planning cycle of BU UBM & the connected BU BMR; globally as primary dimension and regionally for Europe and North- America as secondary dimension.  We are looking for an employee to reinforce the team.

• You participate in  the consolidation of monthly results of affiliates into the  Business Unit result
• You contribute to the  analysis of the monthly result  drivers  and variance factors in comparison with forecast, budget, prior month and prior year
• You liaise with the accounting department & with group control for tasks they perform in the monthly closing.
• You take part in the preparation,  consolidation and analysis  of the yearly multi-year budget exercise  & the quarterly forecast exercises.
• For specific requests, you create and elaborate on financial reports for internal purposes in order to enable accurate and more detailed analysis and to assist in good decision-making by t management
• You support the technical teams when it comes to testing new developments in the reporting tools
• You perform a critical analysis of the established reports & make suggestions for reporting improvements.

Who we are looking for

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or in another closely related financial field
• You have 3-5 years experience in accounting & financial analysis  & reporting.
• You have an analytical mind; you are flexible, accurate and you can prioritize in accordance with the deadlines for financial closure
• You work in an efficient and structured way and are result-oriented
• You have sound knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• You have sound knowledge of MS Office (Excel). Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• You are willing to learn new things and to continuously improve yourself
