About the Position

The Global Talent System & Process Manager is accountable for the end-to-end design, governance, performance, and continuous improvement of global Talent processes and their supporting HR systems (primarily SAP SuccessFactors and connected platforms). The role ensures processes are globally consistent, digitally enabled, employee-centric, scalable, and compliant, while bridging business needs with HRIS capabilities.

Your Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Process & System Ownership on the HOW
  • Own global Talent processes and system alignment; drive integration across modules; act as escalation point. Lead the yearly Performance campaign from a system perspective
  • HRIS Ownership & Architecture
  • Act as functional owner for Talent systems; define architecture; translate business needs into system solutions; manage roadmap
  • Process Design & Standardization
  • Design global processes & enforce harmonization; ensure digital-first execution; define roles and governance
  • Continuous Improvement & Automation
  • Drive automation, AI, and workflow improvements; support system upgrades and transformations
  • Stakeholder & Product Management
  • Interface between CoE, P&O Operations, and IT; manage backlog and priorities; drive change & system adoption
  • Governance, Risk & Compliance
  • Ensure GDPR and compliance; manage controls and risks
  • Performance & Data
  • Define KPIs; monitor system and process performance; drive data-based improvements

 

Your Profile

  • You have strong HRIS and SAP SuccessFactors experience (Talent Management)
  • You also have 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
  • You have experience in HR transformation and system implementation projects
  • You have proven proven stakeholder and change management skills
  • You have a Data-driven mindset and a strong analytical approach
  • You have the ability to translate of business requirements into effective system solutions
  • You have experience with global HR process ownership and governance
  • You have also expertise in process mapping, simplification, and harmonization
  • You have experience facilitating workshops and continuous improvement initiatives
  • You have knowledge of additional SuccessFactors modules, such as  Employee Central and Compensation
  • You have excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written (is a must), French or Dutch is a plus and any other international Language is nice to have
  • You have experience working in international environments
