What you will be doing

• Setting the strategic direction for OE at Umicore
• Driving the OE programms at BU or SOF level
• Creating the relevant training on OE for senior management (SVP and EVP level)
• Creating, implementing and safeguarding the OE standards
• Generic management tasks
• Running local OE programme

Who we are looking for

• Strong knowledge of Operational Excellence
• Black belt certification or equivalent
• In depth knowledge of Umicore and its operations
• Minimum 10 years of senior management experience is deemed necessary for this role
• Excellent inter personal skills with a specific focus on:
