What you will be doing
As Process Manager you will be responsible for the management and coordination of financial processes that lead to the successful establishment of the strategic plan, budgeting, forecast and monthly reporting.

  • You will become expert in Anaplan and be able to efficiently use the system for financial reporting.; you will be able to represent FP&A during the process
  • You will understand the processes and requirements and coordinate all involved departments. You will develop a project plan, monitor and control the progress and make sure that the projects are delivered on-time.
  • You will  act as point of contact for the resolution of issues that may surface during the process and facilitate a solution.
  • You will also report progress to senior management and deliver the project on-time.
  • You ensure that reporting templates are available and all stakeholders understand the requirements.
  • Thorough understanding of the financial processes and adequate knowledge of the systems are required to understand the timing of the deliverables and interaction between the various elements. The sequence in the project plan will be managed accordingly.
  • You will be involved in the integration of new systems and reporting, related to your responsibility. This includes the co-development of the dynamo project and the introduction of Anaplan as forecasting and planning system.
  • You combine the above with an in-depth knowledge of all reporting and planning systems.

You will report to the Global Consolidation, Reporting and Planning manager and you will be located in Brussels.

 

Who we are looking for

  • You have acquired a Master degree in Finance
  • You have a strong knowledge of ANAPLAN and Project Management
  • You have at least 5 years of progressive accounting experience in global consolidation and financial reporting 
  • You have a Solid Knowledge of IFRS and primary financial statements and controlling modelling
  • You are able to work independently, taking initiative to improve business processes
  • You are able to prioritize among multiple tasks
  • You have strong analytical skills with an attention to detail
  • You have a hands-on and system mentality
  • Fluent in English
