Your Key Accountabilities

Lead and develop the European Stellantis Product Application LDV team, including people management, coaching, and capability building.
Serve as an active member of the PM LDV Leadership Team, contributing to the strategic direction of the business.
Drive organizational effectiveness through continuous improvement of workflows, structures, and end-to-end processes.
Develop and execute customer and market strategies in collaboration with Sales and Product Development to increase market share, profitability, and revenue.
Manage the European product portfolio, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, quality standards, cost targets, and business objectives.
Translate customer needs into technology, product, and development roadmaps while supporting technical approvals and strategic alignment with regional and global stakeholders.
Build strong customer partnerships and lead technical discussions, negotiations, and product transfer activities to support business growth and operational excellence.

Who we are looking for

University degree in Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering (combustion technology), or a comparable technical discipline.
>6 years of professional experience in the field of catalytic converters, engine emissions, or exhaust gas aftertreatment, combined with strong project management skills.
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to lead teams through transformation, empower employees, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Strong communication and intercultural skills, with fluency in English; additional language skills such as French or German are an advantage.
Sound understanding of automotive industry requirements and quality standards (e.g., IATF, VDA, CSR), combined with a willingness to travel across Europe and work closely with customers and production sites.
