What you will be doing
- As a Technical Sales Manager with a strong customer focus, you will represent a first-class portfolio of precious metal chemicals and homogeneous catalysts in a globally operating company.
- In conjunction with your travelling activities, you will ensure a close support of our key customers, the development of new customers, participation in conferences and trade fairs to meet the defined business objectives.
- Based on your intimacy to customers and market areas, your technical and commercial expertise, you will provide important impulses for innovation processes and the strategic development of our product portfolio.
- You will continuously develop your network in the scientific, technical and industrial environment of our products.
- You will work with the international teams at our sites to ensure achieving targets.
Who we are looking for
- Master's degree in Chemistry / Process Engineering (TU/TH)
- Ideally specialised in organometallic chemistry and homogeneous catalysis
- Several years of professional experience in technical-chemical sales, ideally also in pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset, negotiation skills, efficient networking
- Experience in managing customer projects as well as internal projects
- Competence in finance strengthens your profile, basic SAP knowlegdge is desirable
- Willingness to travel (approx. 20-30%), nationally and internationally
- Committed, responsible and engaging appearance
- Organisational talent, creativity and pragmatism
- Excellent teamwork skills and enjoyment of cross-departmental and cross-location cooperation with production, research, QM, etc.
- Professional level of language proficiency in German and English
