What you will be doing

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Manager to join our team. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our organization’s end-user computing practices comply with all relevant internal policies, regulations, and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance management, as well as experience working with end-user computing technologies.

What you will be doing

  • You will develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant internal policies, regulations, and industry standards. Such as patching compliance, security standard compliance, asset inventory, ISO audit requirements,..
  • You will develop and implement policies and procedures for software license management.
  • You will manage software licenses and ensure that they are up-to-date , right sized and in compliance with all relevant regulations, policies and licensing agreements.
  • You will develop and maintain an inventory of software licenses and associated assets.
  • You will develop and implement policies and procedures for software license management.
  • You will set up monitoring and report on compliance-related topics and metrics, from which you will derive potential violations and areas for improvement.
  • You will collaborate with various teams withing the end-user computing department, to ensure that their day-to-day support processes are aligned with compliance objectives, and if not drive corrective actions in order to boost overall compliance levels
  • You will conduct regular audits of end-user computing systems to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
  • You will work with vendors to negotiate licensing agreements and ensure compliance with contractual obligations in coordination with our overarching license asset manager and our procurement department
  • You will develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance-related issues.
  • You will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • You Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, industry standards, license agreements with suppliers, ….

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in compliance management, preferably in the area of end-user computing.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
