What you will be doing

For our global IT infrastructure team based in Hoboken we are seeking a proactive and solution-minded IT Problem Resolution Manager to lead cross-functional efforts in resolving complex technical issues and to coordinate IT infrastructure projects in a global context.

We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented IT Problem Resolution Manager to join our global IT infrastructure team. In this generalist role, you will lead efforts to resolve technical problems across various domains—laptops, servers, networks, printers—and coordinate infrastructure projects that support our global operations.

What you will be doing

• Act as the go-to person for resolving persistent and complex IT issues across end-user and infrastructure environments (Windows, laptops, servers, networks, printers, etc.).
• Lead and coordinate IT infrastructure projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Maintain clear documentation of problem resolution processes and project outcomes.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving within the IT organization.

Who we are looking for

• Broad generalist knowledge of IT infrastructure: Windows environments, laptops, servers, networks, storage, cloud, and printers.
• Proven experience in IT troubleshooting and project coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work across multiple technical domains and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
