What you will do

Do you want to help ensure that our factory in Hoboken becomes the safest, most environmentally friendly and most efficient precious metals recycler in the world with the help of structured data, adequate dashboards and insightful analyses? Then you are the BI & Advanced Analytics Manager we are looking for!

Within Precious Metals Refining in Hoboken, Business IT is the department that forms the bridge between the business and central IT. In the sub-department “BI & Advanced Analytics”, we are looking for a manager who manages the team and knows how to develop the future of this discipline. The following elements are part of the function:

● You are responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the future operating model, data governance and data management.

● You actively participate in the description of the business needs, the design, the implementation and the maintenance of the data solutions.

● You are invested in the further digital transformation of the Business Unit.

Who we are looking for

● You combine a master's degree (IT / Finance / Technology) with 3 to 5 years of proven experience with BI and Advanced Analytics and knowledge of data warehouse concepts and tools (e.g. MS Azure Analytics portfolio, TimeXtender, Power BI, Qlik Sense, ...) .

● You have a first proven experience in guiding and managing a BI & Analytics team during the implementation of projects

● You have experience in project methodologies (Agile, …) and are able to lead projects independently (determining scope, design, estimation, planning, validation, documentation, implementation, …)

● You have experience in drawing up needs analyses, functional and technical designs. You show interest in getting to know the PMR business processes in detail.

● You succeed in easily establishing relationships with stakeholders and key-user groups and promoting the correct use of the applications and available datasets.
