Your Mission
In this impactful role, you will take ownership of the logistics category and play a key role in shaping the future of procurement.
You bring deep logistics expertise, strong strategic capabilities, and the ability to communicate commercially and effectively across all levels.
Your Responsibilities

Define and implement the global category strategy for Logistics

Lead complex sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations

Optimize logistics networks, cost structures, and supply chain resilience

Analyze markets and risks

Build and manage strategic supplier partnerships both internal as with the supplier community

Ensure compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements

Collaborate closely with international stakeholders across supply chain, production, and business units

Contribute to the ongoing transformation of procurement

Lead and develop team members
Your Profile

Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Logistics, Economics, or related field
-
5–7 years of experience in strategic procurement / category management
(preferably in logistics)

Experience in an international production environment

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills

Excellent communication and commercial acumen

Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Fluent in English spoken and written (must-have), Dutch and/or French are a plus, additional international languages are an advantage
