What you will be doing

  1. 生産移管
  • ラボ実験（スケールアップトライアル、パラメーター最適化）計画の策定と実施
  • 生産条件・プロセスパラメーターの数値化
  • 生産に必要な帳票類作成
  • 工場への生産移管（実機試作）の計画および現地での立ち合い
  • 工場従業員への教育・トレーニング
  • 生産移管後の評価、試作結果の分析、報告書作成
  1. 問題解決・継続的改善
  • 生産データの分析、問題点の抽出および原因究明
  • プロセス仕様との比較／乖離分析、是正措置の立案・実施
  • 既存製品のプロセス改善、最適化（コスト削減活動を含む）
  1. その他業務
  • 原料の購入・管理（在庫・棚卸を含む）
