製造工程管理に用いるXRF（蛍光X線分析）の検量線セットアップ担当

XRF検量線セットアップは、製造工程管理において、触媒成分を高精度に定量分析するのに必須のタスクであり、顧客の製品立上げスケジュールを遅延させることが許されない。そのために、

XRF検量線のラボレシピ作成とUmicore海外責任部門との合意形成

担当部門への触媒作成と出荷依頼

Umicore海外責任部門との分析納期調整と交渉

立上げ工場での検量線受け入れ準備

これらのマイルストーンの管理や納期交渉や調整をするため、積極的に国内外の担当者を組織横断的にリードする。

また当工程の効率化や納期短縮のために既存手段の改善、問題発生時の迅速な解決のためのUmicore海外責任部門とのリモートサポート体制確立を担う。

社内設計および工程開発部門依頼のICP-OES（誘導結合プラズマ発光分光分析）分析および装置管理の担当

製品開発や貴金属リサイクル工程で要求される触媒成分の定量分析手法として有効なICP分析であるが、非常に危険性の高い作業である。

薬品の危険性や作業の危険性を十分に理解し、自らICP測定を担う。

安全かつ納期安定性を維持できる体制をリードする。装置管理やメンテナンス計画を担当する。

案件の納期や緊急性を考慮しながらICP作業者の工数を調整する。

海外担当者とのコミュニケーションにより、一層安全な装置運営や手法の構築など改善活動を積極的に進める。

・化学/科学または化学工学の学士、高専、またはそれと同等以上の学歴

・化学分析取り扱い経験（目安：2‐3年）

・分析装置および解析の知識

・英語コミュニケーションに抵抗ない方（目安：TOEIC500点以上）

・自動車業界の経験
・化学業界（無機化学）の経験

・DX活動を進められるVBA作成やプログラミングのスキル
