What you will be doing
As our Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for supporting all accounting functions in order to facilitate the availability of accurate financial and operational information which is used for management planning and financial reporting. Specifically, this will include:
- Facilitating treasury management by making and reconciling A/R payments, processing and postint intercompany payments and fund transfers, setting up international payments; and reconciling foreign fund purchases;
- Supporting daily accounting operations by posting transactions, assisting with data entry, monthly close processes, inventory reconciliation, expense reports, and credit releases;
- Processing intercompany invoices and reconciling consignment inventory;
- Assisting with other accounting functions and special projects;
- Other duties as needed.
Who we are looking for
Our success is based on individuals who are ready to make the most of their skills and prepared to tackle any challenge they face. As we as a degree in Accounting or a related field, you should be proficient with Microsoft Excel. At least one year of accounting related experience is preferred.

This full-time position is located on-site at the Palm Commodities International, LLC facility in LaVergne, Tennessee. This facility is a Tennessee Drug-Free Workplace, and pre-employment drug testing is required.
