About Automotive Catalysts

What you will be doing
• Ensuring safe and hygienic working conditions and overseeing physical security.
• Managing the EHS & Security budget.
• Leading the EHS team.
• Conducting workplace inspections.
• Ensuring corporate EHS compliance.
• Handling post-accident investigations and hazard analysis.
• Representing the company before inspection authorities.
• Collaborating on occupational health, safety, and environmental protection.
• Evaluating new processes, technologies, and materials.
• Participating in plant modernization and expansion.
• Ensuring legal environmental compliance.
• Overseeing environmental reporting.
• Creating and verifying EHS standards and procedures.
• Administering and maintaining security systems.
• Managing site security and liaising with security providers and police.
• Fulfilling legal and corporate security requirements.
Who we are looking for
• Higher education in occupational health and safety – a mandatory requirement
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing company.
• Good knowledge of legal regulations in occupational health and safety and environmental protection.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety and environmental protection management systems.
• Familiarity with regulations and provisions related to chemical production, transport of materials, and environmental protection (e.g., REACH/GHS/CLP).
• Knowledge of ISO 45001/14001/27001 standards.
• Proficiency in English.
