Your Key Accountabilities
  • Wdrażanie nowych produktów do produkcji
  • Udział w procesie APQP
  • Rozwiązywanie bieżących problemów jakościowych
  • Wsparcie w utrzymaniu i rozwoju systemu zarządzania jakością
  • Przeprowadzanie analiz reklamacji klienta i dostawców oraz przygotowanie raportów
  • Planowanie i wdrażanie działań zapobiegawczych i korygujących mających na celu poprawę jakości wyrobów i procesów
  • Monitorowanie i raportowanie wskaźników jakościowych
  • Współudział w tworzeniu i aktualizowaniu P-FMEA oraz planów kontroli
  • Przeprowadzanie/uczestnictwo w audytach produktu, CSR, procesu
Who we are looking for
  • Wykształcenie wyższe inżynierskie
  • Doświadczenie poparte praktyką w dziale jakości oraz w branży automotive powyżej 2 lat
  • Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego min B1
  • Język niemiecki – mile widziany
  • Znajomość metod rozwiązywania problemów
  • Uczestnictwo w zespołach CAPA, 5WHY, Ishikawa, QRCI itp.
  • Znajomość FMEA, MSA, SPC, APQP, PPAP potwierdzona certyfikatem szkolenia zew.
  • Znajomość wymagań normy: IATF 16949, ISO 140001, ISO 45001
  • Znajomość norm VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5
  • Podstawowa wiedza SAP, atutem znajomość LIMS, ACOS
  • Komunikatywność
  • Umiejętność zarządzania czasem i zadaniami
  • Odpowiedzialność i umiejętność pracy w zespole
