What you will be doing
As the site HR Lead of Nysa, you manage all HR topics and activities related to the site, reporting to the plant's Managing Director and dotted line to the HR Business Partner Europe. You oversee the consistent engagement of HR support across site and act as escalation point as appropriate. In addition, you are responsible for managing the full site HR team and be part of the site management team. You will also be a driving force for safety as a role model.
Responsibilities:

Lead efforts to streamline organizational design and operational models together with local leaders, ensuring the structure supports strategic goals and is agile in response to evolving business needs.

Champion cross-functional collaboration to foster teamwork, enhance technology expertise, and drive operational efficiencies

Drive the formalization of key processes, embedding consistency and clarity across the organization to support sustainable growth and accountability.

Partner with leadership to ensure the organization is equipped with the right skills, resources, and frameworks to excel in a competitive and innovative landscape.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and alignment, leveraging organizational design to enable people to deliver their best work effectively.

Drive the translation and monitoring of the implementation of HR policies and guidelines between global and local

Manage site level workforce planning and identify / deliver upon local L&D needs

Manage & participate in recruitment, offer and onboarding activities as needed

Manage employee concerns and queries

Advise and consult site business leaders in escalated issues or conflicts

Proactively inform the HR BP team on identified business needs to co-develop the overall P&O (project) agenda

Manage the on-site HR coaches to translate the HR-vision to the workplace by guiding and assisting supervisors and managers in HR-related matters

Create an optimal working environment for the team and stimulate the development of the desired competencies.

Structure the site HR team as a well-organized department with special attention to qualitive and timely support to the different business needs in the site (in close cooperation with the Center of Excellences)
Who we are looking for

10+ years of experience in an HR function with people management experience, ideally in a production, manufacturing environment

In-depth understanding of local HR legislation, practices and processes

Experience with organizational design and adaptation in an international context

Ability to deliver high quality customer service consistently in a professional manner

Extensive stakeholder and conflict management capabilities

Ability to work with different business stakeholders in a matrix organization (local, global and CoE functions)

Native Polish and fluent English language (both written and spoken) skills

Ability to guide, mentor and develop people
