Your Key Accountabilities
- Managing customer quality topics end to end, including requests, complaints, audits, and customer communication
- Coordinating corrective and preventive actions and ensuring proper follow‑up in internal systems
- Translating Customer Specific Requirements into quality processes and documentationLeading customer quality meetings and supporting product and process audits
- Supporting continuous improvement activities related to customer quality, including PFMEA, Control Plans, defect rate monitoring, and KPI reporting
- Coordinating customer change requests and product qualification activities (PPAP)
- Working closely with production, engineering, and other functions to ensure quality compliance in daily operations
- Supporting quality management systems and audits (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949)
- Managing customer portals and acting as a key point of contact for customer quality matters
- Participating in cross‑functional projects, new product introductions, and quality awareness initiatives
- Contributing to Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Energy Management Systems within assigned responsibilities
Who we are looking for
- Higher education (preferably technical or chemical)
- 1–3 years of professional experience in a Quality role (automotive industry preferred)
- Ability to create, update, and maintain system and process documentation
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements, quality tools, and specifications (PPAP, MSA, SPC, 8D, FMEA)
- Knowledge of VDA 6.3
- Very good command of English (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Driving license (category B)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to define and prioritize business goals
- High interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong teamwork mindset
