What you will be doing

QEHS
• Participation in regular meetings and drills of Emergency Response Team
• Supporting QEHS Team in defining and assessing new risk activities and operations within production area

Production
•   Operating production lines and equipment in full compliance with SOPs
•   Independent execution of production orders including interaction with systems like SCADA/PI/SAP/LIMS
•   Responsibility for execution of Startup/Shutdown procedure in production process and other line inspections required to reach full compliance with quality standards and customer requirements
•   Verification of Production process setpoints and operational conditions according to requirements defined in SOPs
•   Covering Production Shift Leader during his/her absence

Training
• Performing training of other Operators and preparing training materials according to RBMP On-Job-Training requirements and TWI principles

Operations Excellence
• Participation in assessment program confirming accomplishment of OJT requirements
• Executing TPM and 5S program requirements on shift basis

Who we are looking for

   Good communication skills and team spirit
   Capable of working on shift system (nights and weekends)
   Very good computer literacy (knowledge and experience of using MS Office, SAP or other ERP system on the production floor)
   Willingness of completion of First Aid certificate
   Ability to provide training

Technical education background will be recommended.
UDT Certification in FLT/Hoist operation
SEP Certification in E1

•   Relevant experience in production environment of min 2 years at medium to large plant operations
•   Practical knowledge of handling automatic and production control systems (SCADA is desired)
•   Understanding of continuous and batch processing in production environment
•   Basic knowledge of production order handling in ERP environment (SAP is desired),
•   Experience in being an Instructor/Training Coach for new operators joining organization
