What you will be doing 

We are looking for a motivated Reliability Engineer to strengthen our maintenance and asset performance capabilities at the Nysa plant. In this role, you will drive reliability improvements, optimize maintenance strategies, and support long‑term operational excellence across the site. You will:

  • Regularly review and optimize PM/PdM programs to ensure all failure modes are addressed.
  • Coordinate all PdM activities on site and monitor asset health trends.
  • Support job plan preparation to ensure proactive tasks are clearly defined and effective.
  • Lead root cause failure analyses (RCFA) and implement corrective actions.
  • Facilitate RCM processes to define optimal maintenance strategies.
  • Conduct FMEA or similar analyses to determine functional failures, risks, and required maintenance actions.
  • Maintain and update the site’s Asset Criticality Assessment.
  • Actively participate in the Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Energy Management Systems in accordance with assigned responsibilities.

 

Who we are looking for 

  • Engineering degree (Mechanical or Electrical).
  • 3–5 years of experience in maintenance or plant operations; manufacturing/chemical industry experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of M&R processes, regulatory requirements, and reliability tools.
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Practical understanding of PdM technologies (vibration, oil analysis, IR, ultrasound, MCE).
  • Experience with SAP PM and reliability methodologies (RCFA, FMEA, RCM).
  • Working proficiency in English.
