What you will be doing
As Site Security Specialist, you’ll play a key role in safeguarding our operations by implementing and maintaining robust physical and technical security measures. You’ll work closely with internal teams, external partners, and law enforcement to ensure a safe and compliant environment. Whether you're just starting out or bringing several years of experience, this role offers the opportunity to grow your expertise and contribute to continuous improvement in site security.
Specifically, this will include:

Support the implementation of a comprehensive security plan, including access control, physical security, monitoring systems, and emergency response protocols.

Maintain and optimize technical security systems through setup, updates, and upgrades.

Collaborate with law enforcement and security contractors to enhance site protection and response capabilities.

Assist in training and development initiatives for the security team to ensure readiness and professionalism.

Coordinate and monitor external companies involved in physical security, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.

Enforce procedures for personal and material traffic, vehicle control, and maintenance of technical systems.

Administer and maintain systems such as access control, CCTV, Master Key, and intrusion alarms.

Foster strong relationships with internal departments and external authorities (Police, Fire Department) to strengthen security processes.

Share best practices and coordinate responses to incidents with stakeholders and external partners.

Support the implementation of analytics and automation to improve monitoring and response capabilities.

Contribute to the development of risk-based security procedures tailored to site-specific needs.

Participate in Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Energy Management Systems in line with defined responsibilities.
Who we are looking for

As well as your university degree in International Security or Corporate Security, you should bring relevant experience in physical or internal security - ideally within the corporate sector. We’ll also be looking for:

University degree in International Security or Corporate Security.

5 years of experience in physical or internal security (corporate sector).

Experience in third-party management (e.g., supervising contractors or vendors).

Solid understanding of security processes, GDPR, and risk analysis.

Familiarity with technical security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion detection).

Strong English and Polish communication skills - written and verbal.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Self-motivated, open-minded, and positive attitude toward change and challenges.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess complex situations.

High attention to detail and strong motivation to learn and grow.
