What you will be doing
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our recruitment strategy and delivering a superior candidate experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and owning the end-to-end recruitment process: screening, assessment, interviews, offer
- Defining sourcing strategies in partnership with Hiring Managers, including guidelines for agency use and final approvals
- Creating and posting job ads internally and externally (SuccessFactors, LinkedIn, Pracuj.pl)
- Interpreting psychometric tools and applying results in behavioral interviews
- Proactively managing candidate pools for blue- and white-collar positions and building talent pipelines aligned with business needs
- Ensuring timely and transparent communication with candidates throughout the process
- Participating in local events and projects to improve processes and outcomes
- Constantly seeking better ways of working and delivering outstanding results
Who we are looking for
We’re looking for a dynamic recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You should bring:
- Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in blue- and/or white-collar recruitment, either as a recruiter or hiring manager
- Ability to manage multiple relationships across business units and geographic regions
- Comfort with Applicant Tracking Systems and data-driven decision-making
- Experience in various interview formats: structured, stress, or competency-based
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a complex environment
- A holistic approach to talent acquisition
- Language proficiency: Polish (C1) and English (minimum B2)
