What you will be doing

The prime purpose of the Facility & Utilities Specialist position is to support the ongoing maintenance and repair of a building or area, obligatory government inspections (UDT, TDT), create PM plans for equipment and support daily maintenance work performed by contractors. 

 

  • Control contractor tasks and activities
  • Supervise UDT, TDT
  • Support the Maintenance Manager and coordinators in solving daily problems
  • Perform preventative maintenance on buildings including carpentry, electrical, painting, plastering, dry walling, plumbing, heating, limited air conditioning and mechanical repair work
  • Inspect building facilities to identify building maintenance needs; complete inspection and preventive maintenance reports
  • Schedule preventive maintenance services

Who we are looking for

  • Technical education background will be recommended. Civil & architecture, electrical or mechanical. University Degree or equivalent in related discipline a plus
  • Minimum 2 years in facilities maintenance
  • Good knowledge of Maintenance process and activities
  • Ability to organize, coordinate and accomplish multiple tasks
  • Ability to grow and cooperate in a fast-growing environment
  • Ability to work and learn independently
