What you will be doing

  • Provide support to the Product Technology Managers by collecting data from various RBM sites and departments (PT, OPS and R&D) to gather information and follow-up for reporting
  • Organize, track, evaluate and document:

-  the industrialization of new and existing products/processes with support of the local industrialization team

- the industrialization/qualification trials of new raw materials including outsourced materials (toll-manufacturing by other producers) and technology transfer with support of the local industrialization team

  • Facilitate qualifications and technology transfers within RBM cathode and precursor together with the local process technology team and keep track of the progress and results
  • Collect data from various departments (R&D, OPS, PT, etc.) to ensure the central database are up to date
  • Support engineering projects through
  • Process set-up & start-up testing of the process and product

 

Who are we looking for

  • MSc or BSc (with 2yrs experience) in chemical or materials engineering
  • Fluent in Polish and able to communicate in English (spoken and written)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of statistical methods
  • Good knowledge of RBM process for cathode material. Knowledge in precursor process will be advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)
  • Analytical thinking and technical curiosity
  • Self-motivated, energetic and working in team
  • Able to work in multi-department and multicultural team
