What you will be doing
- Enter and update data in HR systems (SAP, ADP, SuccessFactors)
- Record and update starters, leavers, and employee changes in HRIS systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP).
- Collect, check, and process all compliance and employee documents throughout the employee life cycle (from hiring to termination).
- Help supervisors and employees with HR questions, ADP timekeeping, absence management, payroll issues, and disciplinary matters. Use tools like email, MS Teams, and HR Portal Backoffice to manage queries.
- Perform regular checks and audits of timekeeping, payroll, and benefits to ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Provide accurate data to payroll partner (ADP) and ensure proper payroll accounting.
- Create regular reports on labor-related KPIs and metrics for Group, BU, and Site Management.
- Review and update HR policies, procedures, guides, and checklists regularly.
- Support the HR Manager with HR and payroll projects, research on compensation & benefits, labor market analysis, communications, and reporting.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Payroll, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in payroll administration.
- Good English skills (B2 level or higher) for effective communication.
- Experience in HR/payroll within a multinational industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Preferred experience with ADP payroll systems; knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central or Neocase is a plus.
- Familiarity with Polish payroll, HR laws, tax regulations, and social security processes.
