What you will be doing:

This role entails evaluating various options, ensuring plant performance engineering aligns with safety protocols, cost reduction strategies, enhanced productivity, and environmental regulations.Moreover, the Engineer supervises external contractors in project execution, implementing new processes, and managing critical spares and preventative maintenance for equipment.

You will also: 

  • Manage or assist capital projects and plant improvements from start to finish, ensuring alignment with global standards .
  • Develop and oversee project plans, budgets, and schedules while monitoring progress and mitigating risks to ensure timely, cost-effective completion.
  • Provide expertise in equipment design, selection, and compliance with engineering standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop technical specs and ensure projects meet regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Identify and address technical challenges, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvements in plant performance, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Act as a key contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear updates on progress, risks, and milestones. Foster collaboration among teams, contractors, and vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Engage in safety, environmental, quality, and energy systems as outlined in additional documentation.

 

Who are we looking for:

  • MSc or BSc with 4+ years in technical manufacturing roles.
  • Preferred: experience in chemical/powder industries or engineering companys
  • Expertise in engineering principles, project management tools, and compliance with regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, process control, and automation systems.
  • Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, production processes, and safety assessments.
  • Familiarity with reliability engineering and preventive maintenance strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, CAD software, Excel, and data analysis tools.
  • Understanding of financial and procurement workflows.
  • Leadership qualities to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent organizational, follow-up, and planning capabilities.
  • Expertise in problem-solving, decision-making, and team building.
  • Fluency in Polish and strong English (written, verbal, and presentation skills).
  • Collaborative and respectful in team dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and reporting abilities.
