What you will be doing:

As a Safety Coordinator you will: 

  • Ensure all workplace injuries, illnesses and incidents are inspected, reported, discussed and remedial action taken where required.
  • Promote the development of safe working procedures and appropriate records of safety actions and training.
  • Conduct and record workplace inspections for the purpose of identifying unsatisfactory conditions and practices.
  • Lead in risk assessment activities including JSA
  • Organize and conduc training in the field of health and safety 
  • Implement of internal audits, supervision of post-audit activities and evaluation of their effectiveness.
  • Cooperate with administrative bodies and certification bodies.
  • Keep H&S KPI record
  • Focus on ISO 45001 standard
  • Handle regulatory safety issues
  • Coordinate H&S program
  • Keep the emergency response plan up to date and coordinate emergency drill for SAFETY with relevant departments.
  • Participate in Safety Management System, Environmental Management System, Quality Management System and Energy Management System regarding to roles and responsibilities included in additional file.

Who we are looking for:

  • MSc diploma.
  • Strong understanding of SAFETY regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of ergonomics, manual handling, and chemical-related regulations.
  • Skilled in office software (Excel, Access, Word).
  • Familiar with ISO 45001 standards.
  • Proficient in English and Polish
