Job Purpose

Provide hands-on mechanical and electrical maintenance support to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant equipment. Responsible for troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and supporting capital and reliability improvement initiatives

Main responsibilities

Maintenance Execution

  • Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on plant equipment
  • Complete assigned work orders safely and efficiently
  • Execute preventive maintenance (PM) tasks to improve reliability and uptime Electrical & Instrumentation
  • Maintain and repair electrical systems, motors, control panels, and instrumentation
  • Support installation and commissioning of new electrical systems and equipment
  • Diagnose electrical faults and implement corrective actions

 

Mechanical Maintenance

  • Maintain pumps, valves, conveyors, rotating equipment, and mechanical systems
  • Perform alignment, lubrication, and mechanical repairs
  • Support equipment rebuilds and installations
Who we are looking for

Education & Experience

  • Associate’s degree, technical certification (Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical), OR equivalent experience
  • 2–5 years of maintenance experience (mechanical, electrical, or both) required
  • 5–10 years of industrial/plant experience preferred

Technical Skills

  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills (rotating equipment, piping, valves)
  • Working knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and instrumentation
  • Experience with preventive maintenance systems and work order management
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar systems preferred
