What you will be doing

We're excited to announce an opening for a global RBM BIT&Digi PMO office manager to join our team! We're looking for someone skilled in digitalization, governance, and priority setting to lead our critical BU projects and establish a proven PMO office.

What can you expect?

  • Set up a PMO office with clear governance, policies, procedures, tooling, and KPI follow-up.
  • Lead critical BU projects and focus on digitalization, priority setting, monitoring, and escalation of mitigation actions.
  • Lead projects and supervise the successful delivery of digitalization initiatives and selected RBM IT projects.
  • Provide mentorship on PMO topics to the BRS BU and the JV.
  • Ensure key standardization, monitoring, and escalation in projects, programs, and portfolios within the RBM BIT team, the RBM global domain manages, the RBM MT, and the SCO.

The primary focus will be on RBM global projects. We have plans to roll out the framework within the CSM organization. As a specialist you will define key priorities, maintain an up-to-date IT & Digitalization Project Portfolio for RBM on a global level, and build the RBM&CSM IBP on a yearly basis.

As a key member of our team, this role will play a crucial part in driving RBM's success in digitalization. Coordinate organisational change, monthly portfolio KPI reporting, and project/program management in RBM BIT&Digital critical projects.

  • Change management and monthly portfolio KPI reporting
  • Project/program management in RBM BIT&Digi critical projects

Ideates, seeks for process automation opportunities, initiates and leads Process Automation projects in coordination with Corporate IS and respective Business Unit Process Owner.

What we are looking for 


  • Master degree in field of IT/Business Economics with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in the similar function
  • Experience in managing the complete lifecycle of a project, DevOPS and Planisware tool knowhow is an asset
  • Experience of project management using AGILE or PRINCE2 methodology (or equivalent) for medium to large sized projects, PMP certification is a plus
  • Experience in end-to-end business process modeling and business process management
  • Strong skills in creating and maintaining project and program plans, including risks, actions, issues, dependencies
  • Affinity with and interest in a broad range of (digital) technologies.
  • Familiar with or open to new learning technologies.
  • Experience of Program and Project level financial management
  • Experience of defining and delivering benefits realization for projects and program
