Your Key Accountabilities

Support plant controlling activities including cost analysis, inventory management, and variance analysis
Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and performance tracking
Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes
Drive process standardization, documentation, and automation initiatives
Support working capital optimization and profitability analysis
Assist in precious metal controlling and special financial projects

Who we are looking for

Strong finance background with manufacturing controlling experience

Expertise in cost analysis, financial reporting, and budgeting

Proficiency in SAP and data analytics tools (Power BI preferred)

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
