What you will be doing

 

We are looking for a Site P&O Manager to lead People & Organization activities at our Quapaw site. This role will be the primary P&O partner for site leadership, ensuring alignment with global strategies while addressing local needs. This role will help create an engaging, safe, and productive workplace.

 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment from intake to offer
  • Define and execute talent attraction and retention strategies aligned with global guidelines
  • Coordinate onboarding programs for all new hires
  • Collect site-specific training needs and implement initiatives aligned with global L&D offerings
  • Drive identification of development needs and set up local training program
  • Support workforce planning during budget cycles to manage headcount and FTE evolution
  • Align local strategies with global Centers of Expertise (CoE) guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with local legal requirements and group policies
  • Implement P&O processes and programs tailored to site needs
  • Act as a trusted advisor to site leaders on HR topics, including compensation, talent priorities, and conflict resolution
  • Partner with managers to drive engagement and change initiatives
  • Deliver P&O policies and programs, adjusting for local needs when required
  • Collaborate with P&O Business Partner and CoEs to co-develop HR projects and initiatives

  • Broad HR/P&O experience and knowledge of policies and systems

Education and/or Experience

 

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)

 

Experience

5–6 years of progressive P&O (HR) experience, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment
