What you will be doing

• You will be responsible for developing and optimizing standard manufacturing processes and equipment for the Business Unit Automotive Catalyst (13 plants across 3 continents)
• You will be responsible from process concept definition until successful implementation in the plants in close collaboration with other central departments and plant teams
• You will be in charge of commissioning of new production processes in the plants
• You will lead or actively participate in global taskforces to resolve process issues within our plants

Who we are looking for

• You hold a master’s degree, ideally in Chemical, Process, or Industrial Engineering
• You are a proactive and results-oriented individual who enjoys driving projects forward with speed and efficiency
• You have strong analytical skills for problem-solving, and ideally, have experience with data science
• You are willing and able to undertake longer international business trips
• Experience in commissioning and managing complex projects is a significant advantage
• Your excellent cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills allow you to perform in diverse team environments
• You have excellent written and spoken English skills. Knowledge in German is appreciated.
