What you will be doing
Customer & Technical Project Management
- Lead technical support and development projects for Korean customers
- Coordinate product industrialization and ensure compliance with automotive standards (IATF 16949, PPAP)
- Act as the key technical liaison between local customers and global Umicore teams
Market & Technology Development
- Monitor fuel cell and electrolysis market trends and competitor activities
- Attend technical conferences and collaborate with universities and government partners
- Support global business development initiatives with local market insights
Others
- Contribute to global internal projects as a Korean market expert
- Collaborate with R&D, sales, and industrialization teams to meet customer requirements
Who we are looking for
Our success is based on individuals who are ready to leverage their skills and tackle any challenges they encounter. You should have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or Chemistry, along with relevant experience. Additionally, you must have strong communication skills in English, enabling you to interact effectively in a business environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry or Engineering
- English fluency required for both written and spoken
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in Fuel Cell application, especially MEA design, testing and optimization
- Deep understanding of automotive supply industry standards
- Strong project management and customer support skills
- Additional language skills are a plus
