What you will be doing

1.    Responsible for CN17 and CN21’s day-to-day operation of the Record to Report department of GFS. Ensure end-to-end process effectiveness and efficiency.

a.    Carry out GL related works (accruals, provisions, all postings, tax and others), ensure all accounting activities meet the compliance requirements and MICR.

b.    Execute valuation and analysis the Forex result monthly.

c.    Maintain the closing tasks in Blackline timely, summarize the closing issues and organize regular update meetings to review and improve continuous.

d.    Provide PRC report, internal reports and Cognos reports timely and accurate, and keep improving closing efficiency.

e.    Assist internal and external audit, ensure an unqualified annual audit report

f.     Maintain good communication with site finance and have the sense of service to site finance, have the sense of business and know more business.

 

2.    Assist RTR manager to management the chart of account and PRC report structure for all China entities.

 

3.    Project Management

a.    Identifies, proposes and implements continuous improvement projects in order to further improve efficiency.

b.    Participate in projects when assign to improve the process continuously in collaboration with the operational team, GPO and IS.

 

4.    Other works

Other works assigned by the manager.

 

Who we are looking for

     Bachelor or above degree in Accounting/ Economics/ Finance.

     More than 5 years’ experience of GL/reporting in foreign invested company.

     At least 2 years working experience in RTR of financial service center

     Proficient in Office software (Word, Excel, etc.) and SAP.

     Should demonstrate understanding and vision on digitalization and automation within Finance

     Good communication skills and able to listen to customers and translate their requirements into efficient & effective processes;

     Fluent oral and written English
