在倒班工作过程中提供及时且有效的维修服务来降低非计划性设备宕机，保证实现计划班产。

​​​​​​​-Implement preventive/predictive maintenance job as per PM plan for responsible equipment, lowering down MTBF.

针对个人负责的设备，按照PM计划实施预防性/预见性维护工作，降低MTBF。​​​​​​​

-Secure self-related equipment running by avoiding of spare parts shortage base on  reasonable and effective spare part management.

基于合理及有效的备件管理来避免个人负责的设备因备件短缺引起的停机事件发生。​​​​​​​

-Responsible for conducting root cause analysis, taking corrective and preventative actions according to EHS risk identification and quality CAPA for self-related equipment.

针对个人负责设备，对EHS所风险识别以及质量CAPA系统中记录的问题，及时完成原因分析和纠正/预防措施的实施。

​​​​​​​-Responsible for cost reduction project around assigned equipment by varies of activities.

负责采用不同的方式方法，针对个人所负责设备开展成本节约项目。

​​​​​​​-Responsible for developing and revise maintenance WI and equipment related checklist on assigned equipment.

负责个人所负责设备的维修作业指导书以及设备相关点检表的制定和及时修订。

​​​​​​​-Maintain equipment-related technical documentation and timely share successful experience of equipment failure analysis and repairing.

维护设备相关技术文档，在团队内部适时的针对设备故障分析和处置经验进行分享。

​​​​​​​-Complete other temporary tasks assigned by team leader and department head.

及时完成领班和部门负责人临时分配的其他工作任务。
