What you will be doing

貴金属リサイクルビジネス : 

  • 貴金属リサイクルビジネスの概要を理解 (各工場、ベルギーHoboken工場/ドイツAgosi工場/タイUPMT工場の違い、特徴、登場人物の把握) 
  • On-going business及びfollow up案件の概要把握 (事務処理はSAPシステム使用) 
  • Sales Managerとの定期的な案件把握 
  • 各種ロジスティックス手配(輸出:本船ブッキング、輸入:ブリンクスへの地金返還ピックアップ手配など) 
  • 各ビジネスに必要な書類の作成(見積書、契約書、invoice, credit note, analysis等) 
  • 輸出案件において法規制内容の概要把握(メインはsales対応) 
  • 契約書などのファイルのオンライン・サーバーへの保管、期日管理など 
  • 必要に応じ顧客との面談 
  • 現物確認業務(例:貴金属受入確認) 
  • 入出金確認
