What you will be doing
1)    Organize IT Operation to support business in Korea 
-    Organize and manage an efficient & sustainable IT 1st and 2nd line support, in line of global policies, structure and processes. 
-    Work together with 3rd line resolvers and SMEs  to set up, maintain and support the local IT environment, in line with global policy, standards and guidelines.
-    In line with business response to manage local server rooms to ensure meet minimal internal control requirements. 
-    Provide smart hand services on local network and server infrastructure under the supervision of line manager or domain expert. 
-    Manage 3rd party service delivery quality in line with line manager or functional owner. 
-    Plan and manage to support global IT infrastructure initiatives Korea sites implementation follow global plan and guideline. 
-    Work together with business represent and IT function owner, to manage and maintain end user computing environment include PC, client software, printing, meeting room, etc.  
-    Work with business representative to comply with information security and support internal/external audit on IT. 
-    Continuously improve service levels and customer satisfaction: draft action plan and drive to completion
2)    IS Korea Team Management 
-    Manage operational IT budget for Korea. 
-    IS Korea operation team development to ensure the capability to support business in Korea and team sustainability. 
3)    Customer Interfacing 
-    Close connection with business on local IT planning and awareness of IT roadmap, technical upgrades, and security compliance. 
-    Connect with business to understand and help define their requirements, propose solutions and drive to closure. 
-    Act as trusted IT advisor for the business on all IT matter
-    Adequately address and report any disconnect between local business IT requirements and IT offering service with global IT headquarters and drive toward a solution.
-    Network with local digital heroes and digital workplace team to promote and share digital tools and best practice to local users. 
4)    IT Knowledge Management
-    Work with business L&D team to transfer IT and information security policies and knowledge to end users, from orientation to regular refresh training. 
-    Address end user IT knowledge gaps and organize an effective knowledge transfer to ensure an effective using of IT tools.
-    Ensure knowledge of the digital tools is kept up to date to be able to provide qualified end user support, 
5)    Keep expertise level up to date  
-    Assess and develop IS Korea team domain knowledge in line with IS global roadmap. 
-    Maintain an awareness of new IT technologies. 


Who we are looking for
-    Bachelor’s in computer science/information systems or above.
-    4 years management experience in IT management position.
-    Knowledge of IT service structure and technical architecture. 
-    Broad technical knowledge and experience of the IT systems and technologies (Microsoft product).
-    Broad technical knowledge and experience on IT hardware and technologies (HP, Cisco, Ricoh product)
-    Broad technical knowledge and experience of key element of IT infrastructure (server, network, ect.)
-    IT Security concepts.
-    Ability to report on operations performance and formulate improvement proposals
-    Ability to plan and deliver to objectives
-    Ability to prioritize and deliver to deadlines
-    Ability to deal with escalations and work under pressure
-    Ability to present technical matters to a non-technical audience
-    Fluent communicate with all level users in English and Korean.
