What you will be doing

The Process Technology coordinator collects, maintains, structures and analyzes key product and process information (master data) related to UBM’s product portfolio and processes for Precursor and Cathode manufacturing and consolidating, coordinating the industrialization planning for new products and Mass Production(MP) across different project timelines and sites, starting from the early stages. Your role will include:

  • Collect, maintain, analyze and structure the product-process master data with key information and trends from large sets of product and process data like throughputs and consumables
  • Align, Analyze and compare the data for different products, different processes and different production sites
  • Coordinate and follow up on Industrialization planning and site production allocations in line with product portfolio/strategic and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) forecasts
  • Consolidate and report regular overall planning and statistical information e.g. volume from Raw Materials to finished good and resource tracking.

Who we are looking for

  • BSc or MSc fresh graduate in chemical or materials engineering
  • Fluent in Korean and able to communicate in English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in chemical / material manufacturing processes (esp. in the Battery Industry) is considered a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of statistical methods
  • Self-motivated, energetic and working in team
  • Experience working in an intercultural environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department cooperation.
