What you will be doing

As an R&D Operations Coordinator with us, you will be a vital part of our commitment to innovation, quality, and safety. You will play a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency and continuous improvement in our dynamic R&D environment.

  1. R&D Operations Management:
    1. Facilitate effective communication within and outside the R&D team about methods and procedures.
    2. Drive continuous improvement in methods, workflow, processes, safety, and working conditions.
    3. Manage and maintain essential documentation related to R&D operations.
    4. Coordinate and monitor environmental, health, and safety (EHS) activities and compliance.
    5. Engage in data and quality monitoring through PI or HMI systems, including PI vision or HMI configuration.
    6. Develop and implement process and equipment procedures.
    7. Process and equipment procedure preparation
    8. Oversee and coordinate Process Safety Management (PSM) activities.
    9. Manage the PROHARA program and digitalization projects.
  2. System Management
    1. Oversee Process Equipment Management (PEM), EHS, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and PSM initiatives.

 

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry or related field.
  • 5 to 10 years in R&D development/pilot and operations, preferably in an industrial or chemical engineering environment.
  • Proficient in handling equipment and machinery procedures.
  • Deep understanding of materials and processes.
  • Strong knowledge of quality and EHS processes and procedures.
  • Familiarity with RBM R&D QEHS procedures/processes/programs (MSA, PEM, 5S, etc.).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficient in relevant software applications.
