To enable our customers to produce even better performing batteries we cannot stand still. We need to find new ways to do things, discover new solutions and develop new ideas. Which is where you come in.

What you will be doing

Buy chips from vendor and sell to refiner:

• Handling all purchase and sales order.
• Monitor the shipment status for each shipment.
• Communicate with the refiner about the shipment allocation (tolling or straight sales)
• Prepare full set shipping documents to refiner (e.g. provisional invoice, packing list, B/L, COO, COA, etc), prepare calculation sheet for provisional invoice.
• Monitor the surveyor in conducting discharge cargo, weight and sampling, if there is any problem occurred.
• Update the “assay exchange” excel for the final wet net weight, H2O%, dry weight, lot number after surveyor completed report issue by the surveyor.
• After assay exchange and agreed the final Co%, issue credit note (credit the provisional invoice) and final invoice in SAP.
• Prepare calculation sheet and final packing list for final invoice.
• Send the related original documents to refiner by courier.
• Weekly update import materials status.

Who we are looking for

• Good in using ERP system, especially familiar with SAP system will be an advantage
• Proficient in PC Skills, e.g. Word, Excel
• Good time management
• Detailed mind
• Cautious
• Good communication in both English and Chinese
• Team player
