What you will be doing
The Data Analyst in the site’s Product Technology team is responsible for:

  • Single and direct point of contact for BP&IT
  • Local implementation of new software for product and process analysis
  • Leading local software testing
  • End users trainings
  • Looking for and discovering for new statistical tools

Within project framework defined by global team to successfully realize locally on site the implementation of new tools:

  • Take responsibility and coordinate the local PowerBi implementation in site level and share the results within the project team to define the way-forward
  • Dashboards and reports creation for the end users
  • End users training
  • Participate in global projects discussion based on local expertise, take lead or join the implementation of assigned projects
  • Setup and maintain the local quality data for new tools (data cleaning)
  • Maintain the ownership of new software/tools in the prototype phase to ensure the end users are able to use it
  • Scout the for new tools, intelligence and reporting on the findings
  • Raise the proposal to test the tools internally or externally and gather the data for reporting
  • Act as the local interface towards local site teams (AL, PTE, engineering, BP&IT etc…)

Who we are looking for
Education: B. Sc. or preferably M. Sc. in Engineering

1. Education:

  • University bachelor in IT, mathematics or related field with 1-3 years’ experience in statistics or data analysing, data visualisation and reporting including supervisory tasks

2. Technical skills:

  • High level of mathematics ability
  • Good knowledge for chemistry, machine and analysis to understand fundamental of product and process
  • The ability to analyse, model and interpret data
  • Fluent speaking and writing English
  • Excellent reporting and communication skills in English and local language
  • Good knowledge of MS and other software, and good understanding of on-line share point and the other data management system
  • A methodical and logical approach

3. Managerial skills:

  • Good organizing skills
  • Able to make decisions
  • Perseverant and committed to results   
  • Good level of reporting and presentation skills
  • Good communication skills, open, respectful, convincing
  • Ability to operate in a matrix structure in contact with different departments
