What you will be doing
- Monitors continuously the production process & product quality, combining visual inspections and study of the data (using statistical tools and database records) to maintain a steady condition of production and good product quality, focusing on the KCC and KPC items
- sustainable quality of products and secure optimal productivity through finding opportunities for improvement, minimizing loss of non-conforming products by preparing a reprocess plan.
- Basic reporting about test results, quality monitoring, etc.
- Creation of required process documentation towards process & product engineering,
- Support Production on a daily basis to solve process issues and for the retreatment of low grade products.
- Propose improvements of the process efficiency, perform equipment or process testing and implement the approved changes,
- Support technology transfers (new products or change of lines), line commissioning, line qualification trials for products or raw materials and changes of process
- Assist the Engineering team during projects for all process related questions. Coordinate development and execution of all the process aspects of the assigned projects (developing new, optimizing and modifying of existing processes) during Hot Commissioning, Flashing and Line acceptance,
- Organize and coordinate internal equipment test with cooperation with Global Team s,
- identification and solution of quality problems (VOC) related to process and the implementation of the resulting controls.
- Support preparation and updating QM documentation (i.e. flow chart, control plan, P-FMEA, C-FMEA, etc.), making sure that documentation is align with customer requirements, selecting Key Control Characteristics
- Management and Execution of predefined R&D projects
- Leading CI process projects focusing on TP improvement, scrap reduction and Capex/Opex cost reduction within interdisciplinary team, support existing installation for process improvements where and when needed
- Continuously scout the market for new and better production equipment or processes
- Generate documentation supporting the growth of the UBM process knowledge
- Participate in Safety Management System, Environmental Management System, Quality Management System and Energy Management System regarding to roles and responsibilities included in additional file.
- Pepare data fore PDC update
- Daily collaboration with Global SME team
