What you will be doing

As a Management Officer & Marketing Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting our marketing and communication efforts. The role and responsibilities will include:

1. Office Administration

  1. Manage day-to-day operations including maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
  2. Provide support to expats and visitors, ensuring their stay and work in Seoul Office.
  3. Assist in organizing company events, manage logistics, secure venues, and oversee event budgets.  

2. Executive Assistance

  1. Arrange travel and accommodations for both domestic and overseas trips, ensuring efficient itinerary planning.
  2. Assist management with expense reports, meeting preparations, and translation in Korean and English.

3. Marketing and Communications Coordination

  1. Conduct basic research and analyze data to formulate effective marketing strategies and evaluate communication initiatives.
  2. Assist in organizing tradeshows, managing social media content, and other external communication activities.
  3. Manage and complete marketing and communication expense reports.

 

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-6 years of relevant experience in office management, executive assistance, or marketing coordination.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, fluent in English and Korean, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international environment, excellent organizational skills, and a proven track record of managing confidential information.
  • Flexible, proactive, with strong planning abilities and sensitivity to diverse cultures.
