What you will be doing

This position is responsible for providing excellent customer services and logistic services to achieve the goal and performing order processing to implementation of sales activities.

Below are detailed responsibilities:

• Manage the full process of PO and SO, and establish credit lines as necessary
• Oversee the general flow of import and export activities
• Support sales activities to ensure compliance with chemical regulations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction regarding service provision, logistics, quality control and basic technical support
• Prepare documents related to quotations and contract proposals for commercial purposes
• Follow up on shipping schedules, shipping documents, and payment statuses
• Create and manage database for vendor, customer, and product-related information in the system
• Manage customer complaints and follow up on quality issues with the related business unit
• Communicate with internal business units across different locations
• Prepare reports by collecting sales data and analyzing customer information
• Build strong relationships with customers through regular visits, frequent phone calls, and emails
• Manage inventory levels in a traceable sequence at external warehouses
• Oversee the office procurement process
• Create and submit PRs or POs for procurement items to the finance team.
   

Who we are looking for

•     Sales supporting experience in multinational chemical company is preferred

•     Strong logical thinking and strategic sales concepts

•     Advanced communication skills with internal colleagues and external stakeholders

•     Coordinate with other departments on product quality, logistic requirements, and financial subjects

•     Knowledge of logistics management process

•     Familiar with SAP system

•     Strong passion and willingness to perform sales support

•     Proactive and self-motivated and goal oriented attitude and mindset

•     Skilled in problem-solving and conflict resolution

•     Ability of multitasking and effective time management

•     Excellent documentation skill (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Office)

•     Effective verbal and written English communication skills
