What you will be doing:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations: create purchase orders in SAP Ariba and follow them up closely, solve invoicing issues, reporting of Added Value, maintenance of supplier master data, handle internal complaints
  • Assist in global projects within the Corporate Services sub-categories: Travel, HR services, Fleet, Marketing and Communications, Professional services, Financial services, etc.
  • Understand business requirements and needs of all stakeholders and translate them into concrete actions.
  • Execution of requests for information / proposal / quotation, evaluation of received offers and negotiating the best terms.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure that tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Contract management.
  • Supplier relationship management with key suppliers.
  • Build up market knowledge and investigate innovations in the market.

 

Who we are looking for:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a commercial, business or economic area (or equivalent through experience)
  • 3+ years of working experience in a similar role
  • Strong contracting and negotiating skills
  • Experience working in an international environment
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • SAP Ariba experience as nice to have
  • English – C1
  • German is a plus
  • You can work autonomously
  • You are driven and pursue matters
  • You are communicative and can negotiate well
  • You have a commercial mindset
  • You are proactive
